What we are

A removals firm working a single international route: the United Kingdom to the Netherlands. Household moves, full loads and part loads, packing, containerised storage, and the customs process that now sits under all of it.

We collect anywhere in Britain. There is no home town on this site because the origin is the whole country and the destination is one — that is the point of a route specialist rather than a town firm with an international page.

Why one destination

Because a removals firm that lists fourteen countries is describing an ambition, and the customs process for each of them is different enough that familiarity actually matters.

Running the Netherlands route regularly means the declaration is prepared the way Dutch customs expect it, the crossing is chosen on the load rather than on habit, and the crew has met a canal-house staircase before.

How we price

Measured volume, access at both ends, how much packing you want, and whether you take a dedicated vehicle or a part load. Not urgency, not the season, and not what somebody else quoted.

The survey is free and carries no obligation. A video call covers most homes; larger houses are worth an in-person visit. The quote comes back in writing and holds unless what is coming changes.

What we will not do

Promise a delivery day count we cannot control. Crossings, customs checks and consolidation schedules all move, so the quote gives an expected window and says what affects it.

Tell you Transfer-of-Residence relief is automatic. It is a process with conditions, some of which depend on documents only you can obtain, and no mover can obtain them for you.

Quietly sell you a part load because it books faster. If your contents argue for a dedicated vehicle we will say so and explain why.

The Dutch end

The buildings are what make this route distinctive. Steep narrow stairs in the older centres, lifts sized for people rather than wardrobes, and the everyday use of an external furniture hoist for upper floors.

None of it is difficult when it is known in advance, and all of it is expensive when it is discovered on the morning — which is why we ask for photographs of the Dutch entrance, stairwell and street before quoting.

Insurance and conditions

Goods in transit and storage cover are in place, with the usual conditions around owner-packed cartons and items of unusual value. Declare anything genuinely valuable at survey and we confirm in writing what applies before you book.

What we do not do

We do not quote before we understand the job. We do not promise a transit time we cannot stand behind. We do not take on a property without establishing that we can physically reach it. And we do not claim awards, accreditations, press coverage or customer numbers we have not got — if it is not on this site, it is because it is not true yet.
